If you like to knit, crochet, embroider, or sew, the Home Instead team found a local event at the Herrick Main Library, 300 South River, that could be perfect for you! It's called the Yarn & Thread Bee, and it is a wonderful way for people in Holland to come together, work on fiber arts, share tips, and just sit back and craft while watching a cozy background film.
On Tuesday, February 3rd, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, you can bring your own knitting, crochet, or embroidery project to the library's classroom. If you’re looking for a way to give back, the library even provides a small selection of needles and yarn for you to borrow if you’d like to make hats or scarves for the Knitting for Holland charity drive.
