REGISTERED NURSE

We have an immediate opening for a part-time Delegating Nurse. If you are an RN and willing to complete the delegating nurse certification within first 30 days of hiring, we should talk. Hiring now for a Maryland State Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to work in Frederick, Carroll and Washington counties. Medicaid experience a plus.

This job requires:

• Ability to travel to clients in those 3 counties.
• Flexible schedule. Must have some availability during week and as needed for weekends and evenings.
• Work with clients and potential clients in their homes conducting consults, developing care plans and assessments as well as ensuring our high-performance team of Caregivers are trained and supported in good health. care practices and techniques.
• Pay rate of $40 per hour plus mileage reimbursement. Initially, you will work 10 to 20 hours a week with schedule flexibility to respond to days, nights and weekends as required. Potentially this could develop into a full-time position depending upon growth and expanded responsibilities.

Experience required:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an RN licensed in Maryland
• Delegating Nurse certification or willingness to get certified within 30 days of hire.
• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with elderly and/or veterans in home health care setting.
• Computer savvy with applications such as Microsoft Office. WellSky and Saleforce a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Maryland Drivers’ License
• Reliable personal transportation with valid auto insurance in your name
• Excellent computer skills
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Ability to successfully pass a Reference Check, Background Check and Motor Vehicle Check, and a pre-employment Drug Screen.
• Ability to read, speak and write in English including development of documentation and training programs. Bilingual skills a plus.
