Caregiver Requirements:

• 2 years experience caregiving
• REQUIRED: Maryland Driver’s License (not provisional or learners permit)
• REQUIRED: Reliable personal transportation with valid auto insurance in your name
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US
• CPR certificate You can get this during the hiring process.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to successfully pass a Reference Check, Background Check and Motor Vehicle Check, and a pre-employment Drug Screen.
• Ability to read, speak and write in English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Willing to work with clients with cats or dogs or clients that smoke.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Personal Care Assistance with hygiene needs including bathing and toileting
• Memory Care
• Assisting with daily living including meal preparation, light cleaning
• Friendly and compassionate communications
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Take clients to medical appointments and on errands.
• Companionship and conversation
