March 2026 Care Professional of the Month: Brandy
We are proud to recognize Brandy as our Care Professional of the Month, honoring her unwavering dedication to Elder care and the compassionate impact she makes every day. Brandy began her journey in care giving as an activities assistant at Manokin Manor in Princess Anne, where she first discovered her passion for working with seniors—sparking a lifelong commitment to supporting older adults with dignity, respect, and understanding.
For the past 13 years, Brandy has served as a devoted and compassionate Care Professional with Home Instead, consistently going above and beyond for her clients. Her work reflects a deep-rooted passion for providing specialized support, including Alzheimer’s care and Dementia care, where her patience, attentiveness, and ability to connect truly shine. She also plays an essential role in offering respite care, ensuring families receive the relief and peace of mind they deserve.
Her commitment is especially evident in times of need. During our most recent snowstorm, when a client’s home lost power, Brandy traveled through challenging conditions to provide care in a hotel setting—demonstrating remarkable reliability, compassion, and dedication. She takes great pride in being not only a caregiver, but also a strong advocate for her clients, enhancing their quality of life and sharing the positive impact of Home Instead’s services within the community.
