June 2026 Care Professional of the Month: Samantha
We are proud to recognize Samantha as Care Professional of the Month. Samantha started her journey as a Care Professional by sharing her warmth with her neighbors who needed a helping hand in their day-to-day care. Recognizing that she enjoyed helping others was when she found Home Instead.
When Samantha first started with Home Instead, she was assigned to a veteran who not only needed extensive assistance with his daily needs - but needed someone who would stand by his side with his ongoing health battles. Samantha did not take this assignment lightly and adopted the gentleman as if he was her own family. Overall, Samantha’s main focus has been working with those who have served. She recognizes the impact she can provide to these clients as a Care Professional who can deliver high-quality elder care tagged along with a contagious positive attitude.
As someone relatively new to elder care, Samantha dived headfirst into providing our full scope of practice to all. Whether it was someone recently diagnosed with cancer and needed a hand to hold through the process, an individual needing Dementia care, or someone who developed PTSD from their service years - Samantha has always stepped up to the plate. She has also made herself available to provide 24/7 care to her clients. If something disturbs their typical schedule, she is always willing to accommodate changes to make sure they will accomplish what they need to do day to day.
We are honored to have Samantha as a Care Professional on our team and thank her for the remarkable difference she makes every day. Congratulations on being named Caregiver of the Month—this recognition is well deserved!
