July 2026 Care Professional of the Month: Dwayne
We are proud to recognize Dwayne as Care Professional of the Month. Since joining the Home Instead family, Dwayne has made an incredible impact on both our clients and our team. Bringing 15 years of caregiving experience as a CNA in both residential and hospital settings, he combines skill, compassion, and professionalism in every visit.
From the very beginning, the feedback from clients has been overwhelmingly positive. Time and time again, families have shared how Dwayne makes them feel safe, cared for, and genuinely valued. His calm presence, dedication, and heartfelt compassion exemplify the standard of care we strive to provide every day.
Dwayne’s versatility allows him to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with a wide range of care needs. Whether it is a client who is a Veteran receiving Respite Care, an individual living with severe Dementia, someone who is bed-bound, or a client requiring 24/7 care, our office and the families he serves have complete confidence in his ability to provide exceptional elder care.
