Throughout the years, Home Instead has been lucky to work closely with many healthcare professionals from different organizations. It's important to build these relationships so senior care works seamlessly, and one way is by attending networking conferences like this.
We had a great time connecting with social workers from all over the state at the 502 East Event Centre. This year's theme was hope, and we can ALL use more of that these days. There were tons of breakout sessions and presentations covering a variety of topics, including innovative strategies for community engagement, care for veterans experiencing homelessness, and client advocacy.
Big thanks to the Indiana Network of Healthcare Social Workers for hosting us. It was wonderful to catch up with our community partners and friends at Wellbrooke of Westfield and Wellbrooke of Carmel. As Home Instead strives to provide the best home care in Carmel, Indiana, we are always grateful for the social workers and healthcare teams who support the needs of local seniors every single day.
