The team at Home Instead of East Indianapolis just returned from a trip to Denver, Colorado, for the 2025 Home Instead Convention, an annual event where franchise owners from across the country gather to learn, grow, and collaborate. This year’s theme, “Reach the Peak,” reminded us that no matter how far we’ve come, there’s always room to grow.
Throughout the convention, we participated in sessions on caregiver wellness, enhancing the client experience, and the latest innovations in home care technology. We connected with other Home Instead owners and shared ideas to help elevate our approach to serving both clients and caregivers. The convention was packed with activities, like presentations on dementia support and workshops about building stronger care teams.
We’re excited to bring back what we've learned to our community as we continue working to provide the best home care in East Indianapolis. We’re ready to make 2025 our best year yet!
