Compensation: $ 15.50 - $ 20,00 Weekday and Weekend Shifts

Position Overview
We are currently hiring dedicated and compassionate caregivers who are available to work 12-hour shifts (day and night schedules)This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with longer shifts and enjoy providing consistent, high-quality, one-on-one care.
As a Home Instead Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily needs while ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional well-being. You will build meaningful relationships with clients and help them remain independent in their homes for as long as possible.

What You’ll Do
As a Home Instead Caregiver, you’ll support seniors with:
Friendly companionship and conversation
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Medication and appointment reminders
Specialized Alzheimer’s & Dementia care
And most importantly—treating clients with dignity, kindness, and respect
What We’re Looking For
18+ years old
Compassionate nature and positive attitude
Good communication skills
Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
No experience? No problem! We provide paid skills training to help you feel confident and prepared. All you need is a caring heart and a desire to help others.
