“Courtney and I are so fortunate to have such an amazing Administrative Team and incredible Care Professionals who are deeply committed to the seniors in our community and to the Home Instead mission. It’s truly rewarding to know that I have the opportunity every day to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families—right here in the community I grew up in. I also get to meet so many fascinating people—clients and Care Professionals alike—everyone has a story, and I get to hear it. Building strong relationships is a priority every day. Oftentimes, we’re the shoulder to lean on, whether it’s a potential client, an existing client, a family member, or an employee. I’m honored to be a trusted source for helping people find solutions.”

Courtney Pucel, Franchise Owner
Courtney grew up in New Lenox, Illinois, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and a Master of Education from DePaul University. She has been part of the Home Instead family since 2004, dedicating her career to enhancing the lives of seniors and supporting the families who love them.
Reflecting on her role and mission, Courtney shares:
“It is an honor to provide quality care to seniors throughout our community. Every day, I have the privilege of working alongside an Administrative Team that is deeply focused on meeting the needs of both clients and Care Professionals. We share the common goal of providing seniors with compassionate Care Professionals who keep each client’s dignity and well-being at the forefront of everything they do.
We do all that we can to give families peace of mind—whether they live nearby or far away. It can be daunting for a daughter, son, or spouse when they become the primary caregiver for their loved one. Our team puts great emphasis on helping them maintain their role as a loved one, not a caregiver. Daughters need to be daughters, sons need to be sons, and spouses need to remain husbands or wives.
We’re proud of the work we do and are continually seeking out the most compassionate people to carry out our mission.”
Courtney’s leadership, empathy, and unwavering dedication to quality care continue to shape the culture of Home Instead and strengthen the trusted relationships built with clients, families, and community partners alike.
