At Home Instead, we love speaking with extraordinary people who want to support older adults and seniors. We want our team to be full of people who do more than just punch a clock. Our caregivers must be people who want to wake up every day knowing they are making a real difference in the lives of local seniors. This week, we met some of those folks firsthand at the Bunker Hill Community Job Fair.
We set up our booth at the City Municipal Building, and got the chance to "talk shop" with so many friendly people. It was great to connect face-to-face with neighbors, answer questions, and share what makes Home Instead such a special place to work. For us, job fairs are about strengthening the team of caregivers we offer to our community. Every conversation we have with a potential team member helps ensure we continue to provide the best home care in Macoupin County, IL.
