Being able to drive around town is a huge part of being independent. To help keep your car on the road for less, Home Instead is spotlighting the AARP Driver’s Refresher Course!
This course will be held on Friday, January 30th, from 9am to 4pm at the Leroy Rogers Senior Center, 315 W. Second Street. Drivers aged 50 and older can complete the course, which could offer a multi-year discount on your car insurance.
Here's what you can expect:
- Refresh your driving skills and knowledge of the rules of the road
- Learn techniques for handling left turns, right-of-way, and roundabouts.
- Discover proven driving methods to help keep you and your loved ones safe on the road.
- Learn proven safety strategies to maintain your confidence behind the wheel.
It costs $20 for AARP members and $25 for non-members. You can pay at the door (just remember to bring your AARP card!), but you’ll need to reserve your space ahead of time. Give Tasha or Christa a call at 229-391-3956 or 229-392-9299 to save your seat.
