Patricia is a professional, reliable, and courteous Care Professional who consistently demonstrates compassion and dedication in her work. She has been with Home Instead Rockville for several years, and her journey with us has been truly inspiring.
Patricia is someone our clients and families can rely on. She provides the compassionate respite care that families are looking for and works hard to ensure that every client receives the support they need.
She previously cared for a client who required 24/7 care, and the family deeply appreciated her commitment and dedication throughout the client's care journey.
Her support and compassion remained constant through the client's final days, providing comfort not only to the client but also to the family.
Patricia is the type of Care Professional who respects each family's unique dynamic and always strives to provide the highest quality of care.
At Home Instead Rockville, our Care Professionals receive two days of orientation as part of the onboarding process, as well as two annual training sessions designed to support their growth and success in the caregiving field. We are proud to have dedicated professionals like Patricia representing our mission of providing exceptional care.
