Michele is dedicated, dependable, and compassionate in the care she provides to our clients every day. We are proud to have her as a valued member of the Home Instead Rockville team and are honored to recognize her for her exceptional commitment and service.
Michele has been with Home Instead Rockville for several years and has experience caring for clients with a wide variety of needs, including Alzheimer's disease, dementia, disabilities, and clients requiring 24/7 care. Her knowledge, patience, and compassion have made a meaningful difference in the lives of the families she serves.
At Home Instead Rockville, we are committed to providing the highest quality care to our clients. Our Care Professionals complete a comprehensive two-day orientation and bring valuable experience to every client they serve. Many of our Care Professionals have backgrounds as nurses or hold professional certifications such as HHA (Home Health Aide), CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant), and CMT (Certified Medication Technician).
We truly care about our Care Professionals and the families who trust us with their loved ones. Your dedication is the heart of everything we do.
