​In 2021, Rupal and Sam took over the existing operations of the West Harford, CT office. Rupal and Sam both grew up in a family where taking care of elders and family members was part of the upbringing. For a long time, they both have thought to contribute back to the community in a meaningful way and helping seniors was the natural fit and closest to their hearts. Rupal and Sam are hands-on members of the Home Instead team, supporting internal staff and CAREGiver, and managing all aspects of the day-to-day efforts. As owners of the West Harford office, we love what we do and are passionate to create difference in the lives of seniors we serve. Rupal and Sam both come from corporate background and have extensive experience in human resource and pharmaceutical development experience, respectively. Rupal has MBA in Marketing and Human Resource from Vikram University- India and Sam holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Science from Monarch University- Switzerland.
