On Call Supervisor (Overnight and Weekends)

Evening/Overnight On-Call Supervisor (Work from Home -Denver Metro Residents Only)

$60 per evening/$340 per weekend

We are looking for an On-Call Supervisor to support our caregivers after hours and weekends. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make additional income while working from home with the added benefit of enhancing lives and making a difference.

Compensation Detail:

• $60 for each weekday evening shift
• $140 for each weekend day and night (thus a total of $340 for a weekend shift - 5 pm on Friday to 8 am on Monday)
• One and half rate for designated holidays

Ideal Candidate:

• Must live in the Denver Metro area
• Ability to commit to two weekday evening/overnight shits (5 PM- 8 AM) as well as occasional weekends (Friday 5 PM- Monday 8 AM)
• Mature, self-confident, professional and service minded
• Ability to attend initial required training at our office on weekdays
• Tolerance for stress and uncertainty. Fast, efficient, and creative in solving problems relating to people and logistics
• Computer proficiency. Can navigate Windows easily and learn new programs quickly
• Patient / supportive personality
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to listen effectively
• Must be patient and congenial on the telephone
• Detail oriented, organized, keeps detailed notes, and understands the importance of proper and accurate documentation
• Able to collaboratively work with other members of the office staff

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High school graduation or the equivalent
• One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
• Professional scheduling, medical receptionist and/or customer relations experience is preferred but not required
