Client Care Manager

The North and Central Denver Metro Area

Home Instead® is looking for a successful client care-minded professional to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. This Care Manager role develops, manages and maximizes our client relationships throughout Central and North Denver, Colorado, with a focus on growing the business.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Conduct Care Consultations with prospective clients and their families to build our client base, conduct client and Caregiver introductions, Quality Assurance/Supervisory Visits, and Safety Hazard Assessments, and follow up with appropriate correspondence.

· Enter and maintain accurate client and Caregiver records pertaining to plans of care, concerns, scheduling changes, etc. and follow up with internal staff, Caregivers, and clients.

· Provide community resources and referrals to families when needed and be an advocate for our clients and their families.

· Develop relationships with referral providers in the community and assist with community marketing events that would promote our services to the general public and help our business grow.


$50k-$60K per year - or hourly equivalent


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

· Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to listen effectively, work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.

· Effective interpersonal skills, including empathy and sound judgment.

· Must be proficient in Word and Excel and have the ability to organize and prioritize work.
