Helping a neighbor or family member is easier when you have the right tools. Home Instead found a two-part certification program at the Downtown Library, 270 Forest Ave, that teaches you identify and respond to signs of mental health or substance use challenges.
You’ll learn how to recognize symptoms, interact with someone in crisis, and connect them with the right help. To get certified, you must attend both sessions on Saturday, January 24th and Saturday, January 31st, from 10:30am to 2:30pm.
Registration is required. Email Kennya Rodriguez to save your spot! [email protected].
