The Simi Valley Public Library hosts Senior Fitness at the Library twice a month on Tuesdays, from 10:15am to 11:15am at Simi Valley Public Library, 2969 Tapo Canyon Road. This class includes stretching, low-impact aerobic exercise, resistance training with dyna bands, light weight lifting, and chair yoga. All exercises are designed to be done at your own fitness level. The instructor will provide the dyna bands, so you just need to bring light weights if you'd like to use them. The next meetup is Tuesday, June 16th, so mark your calendar and take the first step to improve your health!
