She said Home Instead overall as a company has been the best experience for her in a difficult time. She said that the follow through has been outstanding, and she knows that we can't always provide every need and what we have done has been great. Michele especially wanted it to be said of how great Theresa is. She watched Theresa and Larry leave for an outing and she said that Theresa was caring, thoughtful and considerate of him and showed patience as Larry was getting into the car. She said it just means the world to her and quoted " Character is what you do when you don't think anyone is watching
