On Wednesday, March 25th, from 11am to Noon, the Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge, 4469 Chevy Chase Drive, will host a free speaker session called "Planning for the Years Ahead." This FREE event will help seniors and their loved ones learn to navigate through times of change - from managing emotional and logistical stress to coping with the loss of independence and requiring additional support. This session will empower you to prepare for future transitions, including caregiving, assisted living, transitions, and available resources.
