Staying informed about your health keeps you aging well. Luckily for all of us in Goodyear, there is the annual Kare Bears Health & Wellness Fair. This year, the team from Home Instead headed over to the Eagle's Nest Ballroom to connect with our neighbors and support this community event.
Our owner, Blair Sapeta, and Engagement Coordinator, Estella G., spent the morning at our booth meeting with residents and talking about how home care can make a difference for seniors who want to stay as independent as possible. The fair brought together a wide range of health professionals and wellness resources, like health screenings, flu shots, and informative displays on fitness and nutrition.
It was inspiring to see so many people taking a proactive approach to their well-being. We enjoyed the opportunity to answer questions about how Home Instead is working to provide the best home care in Goodyear, AZ. Events like these emphasize the strength of our community and the commitment we all share to keeping our seniors healthy, happy, and connected!
