Home Care Aide / Caregiver – Flexible Hours
We are looking for compassionate, dependable Home Care Aides / Caregivers to join our team and help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. If you enjoy helping others and want meaningful work with a supportive team, we would love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
As a Home Care Aide, you will provide non-medical support to seniors and adults needing assistance with daily living activities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence care
- Support for clients with dementia or memory loss
- Transportation to appointments or errands when needed
- Providing comfort and safety for bed-bound clients
What We’re Looking For
- Age 21 or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and families
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but training available
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling
