Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Care Associate to provide in-home personal care and companionship to clients in the Goodyear area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own home.

As a Care Associate, you will support clients with daily living activities while building meaningful, respectful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Help with mobility and transfers

• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)

• Assist with errands and appointments as required

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Follow care plans and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, personal care, or home care experience preferred (not always required)

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes

• Must be at least 19 years old

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background check

• CPR/First Aid a plus (or willingness to obtain)
