Professional and not afraid to cold call, Sales Professional who is as passionate about making a difference in families' lives as we are.
Pay: $60,000-100,000 depending on pay and experience
Hours: 830-5p with occasional evening/weekends for events
Location: Goodyear, AZ

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
Experience in Salesforce and Canva
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for networking and relationship building.
Proactive, determined, and know how to find opportunities and create relationships from scratch.
Familiarity with the Southwest Valley area is a plus.
You can take a conversation from initial inquiry to a signed contract, all while maintaining the highest level of customer care and satisfaction.
You are deeply committed to helping seniors receive the care they deserve, and you bring that passion into every conversation.
Excel at communicating the value of home care services clearly and confidently to families and professionals
Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers to generate leads.
Deliver exceptional presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our services.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
Provide ongoing follow-up and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
