September 2025 Rookie of the Month — Brandie Rogers

A Calling to Care
Brandie joined Home Instead only two months ago, but she quickly stood out for her compassion, dependability, and positive spirit. From her very first day, she approached every shift with humility and purpose. “I love what I do and truly believe I was led here to help and care for others,” Brandie shares. “It’s what I’ve been best at throughout my life. I see myself as a tool for God’s work and trust that He has placed me exactly where I’m meant to be.”
Family First, Always
Outside of caregiving, Brandie finds her greatest joy in spending time with her family. She’s a proud mom of three amazing children and a devoted grandmother to one wonderful grandson. “Any free time I have is spent with them — they’re truly my world,” she says. Her love for family shines through in the compassionate care she provides to each client.

Even as a new member of the Home Instead team, Brandie’s warmth and professionalism have already made a strong impression. Her clients appreciate her gentle approach, and her peers admire her reliability and faith-driven outlook. “I’ve enjoyed every moment with each of my clients,” she adds. “I look forward to meeting many more in the future.”
