Having lived in New Mexico, San Diego, Hawaii, and now Arkansas, she brings a rich perspective shaped by her upbringing as the child of two Navy parents. That background has helped instill in her a strong sense of service, resilience, and care for others—qualities that shine through in her role as a Care Pro.

What Sarah loves most about working at Home Instead is the opportunity to truly make a difference in people’s lives. After years of working as a cook or barista, she has found caregiving to be a far more fulfilling path. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys art and music and has a deep love for animals. She shares her life with three dogs and four cats, all of whom reflect her nurturing spirit.
