Congratulations to our Fort Smith Care Pro of the Month, Ana Rocha Alvarez!

Ana has been a valued member of the Home Instead family for three years, and her dedication to serving older adults shines through in everything she does. Originally from Mexico, Ana moved to Fort Smith at the age of 14 and has proudly called the River Valley home for the past 20 years.

Family is at the center of Ana's life. She and her husband are raising three children, and you'll often find her cheering them on from the sidelines as a proud football mom. When she's not caring for clients or spending time with her family, Ana enjoys one of her favorite comfort foods—pasta—and is grateful to say she's never broken a bone!

Ana's compassion, reliability, and positive attitude make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families every day. We are incredibly thankful to have her as part of our Home Instead team and appreciate the heart she brings to every visit.
