Yes. We work closely with Encompass Rehab for hospital-to-home transitions and coordinate regularly with local hospice providers for clients in the later stages of illness. Referral partners value that we stay in contact throughout the care relationship — not just at the start.

For companion and everyday care needs, we connect with local resource centers, home health teams and senior resources across the Rainbow City area to make sure clients are supported beyond what a scheduled visit covers.

We work closely with the VA to support veterans with personalized care at home. Our Care Pros provide personal care and companionship with the respect military service deserves, and we help families understand the process of exploring VA benefits that may help pay for eligible services.

We complement hospice — we do not replicate it. Hospice provides medical management and family counseling; our Care Pros provide the hands-on daily care: bathing, repositioning, overnight presence, meals and companionship so the client is never alone. We work closely with local hospice providers to align our support with theirs and keep the family informed.

Families sometimes worry that choosing home-based end-of-life care means choosing between clinical support and comfort — it does not. Both can be in place at the same time.

We sponsor and participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer's each year in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association. Our team members also volunteer regularly in the community and participate each December in the Be a Santa to a Senior campaign, which raises donations for isolated and in-need seniors during the holiday season.
