2. CAREGiver Training & Screening
Home Instead CAREGivers not only must pass a comprehensive background check to become insured, but Home Instead CAREGivers exhibit true compassion for older adults. CAREGivers then receive ongoing training that helps them perform at the highest levels.
3. Proven, Personalized Approach to Care
A free Care Consult assessment drives the process, which evaluates the current situation and identifies the areas where support is wanted or needed. Before making a care recommendation, the Home Instead approach includes listening to the input of everyone involved in order to craft a well-rounded care plan that keeps your loved one at the center.
4. Quality Assurance
Through client and CAREGiver surveys, each Home Instead office can routinely evaluate the safety and quality of their care – and can use the feedback to make adjustments where indicated. Your local Home Instead office will also engage in continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance checks.
