Mandy Davila is our General Manager. In her role, she oversees all operations with specific emphasis on overseeing client care. Mandy meets regularly with clients and their families to discuss our services and develops a personalized plan of care. She also conducts frequent care assessments on our current clients to update their personalized plan of care and to ensure that we are fully meeting our clients needs.
Mandy grew up in Northern California and prior to moving to Cheyenne she and her husband lived in San Antonio, TX. She has held an affinity for seniors her entire life and enjoys spending time with the local folks we serve. As a mother of two, she also enjoys the comfort and safety our community has to offer.
Kelly Joppa is our CAREGiver Engagement. She works with our CAREGiving staff to support, encourage, advocate and listen to their needs and concerns with their clients and their work in the field.
Kelly grew up in Sacramento, California, and lived in Oklahoma before moving to Wyoming. Her family absolutely loves it here as they enjoy nature, the open land, hiking and camping. She attended Cal State Univ. Sacramento and earned a major in Communication Studies and minor Art History. Prior to employment with Home Instead, Kelly spent 10 years in commercial property management and then was blessed to be a stay at home mom for several years. She enjoys building relationships with both our caregivers and clients….and pretty much anybody that she meets.
Kelly and her husband Eric have two human children, Nathan and Leah and two canine children, Ollie and Hunter.
"I am continually struck by the professionalism, high level of caring and exemplary caregivers that I have met from Home Instead. My mom couldn't live without them, and neither could I.
