Staffing Coordinator

Job Details

Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate office member to add to our growing staff and to become a part of our team, joining our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.  Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and maintain client schedules
  • Call family members, clients, caregivers with schedule changes.
  • Follow up and communicate CAREGiver and client issues to ensure problems are resolved
  • On Call Rotation
 
Qualifications:
Able to communicate with clients and staff, work in a fast paced environment and multitask. Basic computer and phone skills. Some home care experience helpful. Must be a team player.  Some experience is preferred.

        Full time position Monday – Friday hourly, 8:30am -5pm and On Call Rotation
