Hello! My name is Misty, and I am the new Recruiter and Retention Coordinator. My job is to recruit, screen, hire, train, and engage a staff of care professionals to provide the highest quality of care and service to our clients that I can. A few things about myself: I am married to the love of my life Ronnie. I have two amazing children, Jozilyn and Jerrik. There grown and out of the house now. I live in Butler. We have a great Dane named "Zuri" and a cat named "Baby". In our free time we do a lot of camping and fishing. We also visit the beach a few times a year. Some of my background: I grew up dedicating my life to helping others in many different ways. I was a volunteer firefighter and the fire department secretary for several years. I've been working in long term care facilities and health care centers since 1999. I became a CNA eventually moving up into the mentor CNA position where I trained all new hires how to do their job as well as teaching them how to be the compassionate, empathetic, caring individuals that all clients need. I took care of my maternal grandmother who had Lou Garig's Disease (ALS). A few years later I took care of my mother who needed a heart transplant. I was able to keep them at home during the final stages of their lives. I truly enjoyed all the years in healthcare, however I'm looking forward to my new journey as the Recruiter and Retention Coordinator for the Zelienople Home Instead Office.

Hi! My name is Melissa Kosits, and I joined the Zelienople office in December 2024. As a Client Care Consultant, I have the pleasure of meeting with family members who are seeking options for their loved one to stay at home. I walk families through the process from the first conversation about how Home Instead can help, through meeting with them in their homes for consultation and care assessment, to introducing them to their own CarePro, who will be serving their loved one in the home. I am happy to be working at Home Instead Zelienople with a wonderful team of caring folks, united in our goal of helping our aging neighbors to live their lives as independently as possible. Personally, I've long been committed to this goal, beginning with my career in Occupational Therapy, working with brain injury and stroke victims (as well as many other diagnoses) in rehabilitation hospital settings. Being able to help others in this way gave me great joy. I then took time away from OT to raise my three children. After being out of state for many years, I'm happy to say that my husband, children, and I are back in Western Pennsylvania, close to family and lifelong friends. I look forward to meeting and helping more families through our work here at Home Instead!

Linda has been with Home Instead for 15 years as the Human Resource Manager. Her job duties include interviewing and hiring our amazing Care Pros and making sure they understand our goal of meeting the needs of our clients. Also, orientation, payroll, Care Pro meetings, and maintaining personnel files keep her busy. Linda enjoys spending time with her husband of 49 years. They love spending time with their family, a son, daughter, and son-in-law and two wonderful granddaughters.

Chrystal joined the team in 2016 as the Care-Pro plus and transitioned into scheduling and other duties in 2020. As a caregiver with over 20 years of experience she brings a unique understanding to the concerns, problems, and triumphs our Care-Pros and clients experience. Chrystal is a wife, and mother to two daughters and when not at work enjoys reading, kayaking, boating and time spent with her family.

Hi! My name is Lori, and I am The Office Administrator. I am responsible for directing calls, assisting the recruiter, preparing newsletter and administrative task. I also help fill in Care-Pro shifts. I began working with Home Instead 3 years ago as a caregiver and was promoted to Office Admin 2 years ago. I have a great husband (Mike) and have been blessed with 4 beautiful children and 12 grandchildren and our fur baby Bella. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, baking, spending time with family and I warm weather lying in the swimming pool

Hi, my name is Becky Kline and I am the New Office Care Pro Plus. I will help with open shift, conduct Home Visits and Phone Calls for quality assurance to ensure that our clients and Care Pros are receiving what they need. I will also be doing Care Pro introductions and helping with any In Home Training a Care Pro may need. A little background on myself...I have been with Home Instead for approximately 7 years as a Caregiver and was recently promoted to Office Care Pro Plus. I am a wife for 15yrs and mother to a daughter for 22yrs. I love to hunt, fish, garden, and anything outside. I have 1 dog (Zeke) and 3 cats ( Myah, Katara, and Toph).
