Schultz opened the York County offices in May, 2003 after a successful career directing the growth and development of numerous entrepreneurial technology companies. The death of his dad the year prior prompted the career change, moving from "high tech" to "high touch." Under his ownership, the York County Home Instead offices have grown considerably and have won numerous awards for excellence and achievement. He has served on numerous franchisor-franchisee committees, including Home Instead Senior Care's Franchise Exchange Council, a select owner-advisory board, whose members are elected by fellow owners.
Schultz and his wife Victoria Winston live in Biddeford Pool and have three grown sons.

As Client Care Coordinator, Kerry performs numerous important roles, from working with prospective clients and families, to onsite assessments, to managing the onboarding process for new Home Instead clients. In addition, Kerry has quality assurance and account management responsibilities, and coordinates activities for a local professional healthcare and eldercare networking group. A Home Instead veteran of over ten years, there's no part of our business that Kerry hasn't positively impacted, and our CAREGivers and staff appreciate her help and guidance.
Kerry and her husband live in North Berwick with their dog Annabelle, and all three eagerly await holidays and vacations when kids and grandkids return for a visit.

As Service Experience Coordinator, Nancy Jandro wears several hats, chief among them being responsible for managing our CAREGivers, providing support to them and ensuring that their care is performed professionally and compassionately. Nancy also recruits new CAREGivers to join Home Instead and manages key client accounts.
Nancy grew up summering in Kennebunkport and has been a Kennebunk resident for many years. Nancy has a calm, confident way of communicating with CAREGivers, clients, and client family members, and it did not surprise us to learn that besides Nancy's corporate accomplishments earlier in her career, she is a licensed esthetician.

"Amy G." joined Home Instead thrilled with the opportunity to apply her considerable experience to train and educate our CAREGivers and staff. The Burlington, MA native and Wells resident is a CNA and CRMA, and is certified as an Alzheimer Training Instructor and Alzheimer Support Group Instructor. Amy is responsible for all training: classroom, online, one-on-one, and team trainings. She is also the company's safety officer, which includes managing our COVID-19 protocols.
Amy's passions include working with seniors and with veterans, and in her spare time you can see her on her husband's motorcycle motoring the backroads of Maine.

This New Hampshire native has spent over thirty-years in the hospitality industry managing and owning restaurants in New England and Puerto Rico. A decorated Vietnam veteran who enjoys golfing, cooking, and acting and directing in community theater groups, Ben says he is exactly where he wants to be at this time of his life. "Working with caring staff members and CAREGivers who everyday provide a nurturing atmosphere for our seniors is an honor." We couldn't agree more.

Connie is a retired RN who worked in long term care for many years and joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2011 as a CAREGiver and later became Training Coordinator. Connie now consults to Home Instead, leveraging her considerable experience and training to the benefit of our Staff, CAREGivers, and our Clients.
Connie is a long-time Kennebunk resident and enjoys travelling and spending time with her children and numerous grandchildren.
Kim moved to New England over twenty years ago and has since moved back to her native Kentucky, where she leads a full, rich life with her husband and dog and cats, enjoying camping, nature walks, gardening, sewing and crafting, singing and playing the guitar. Kim has been a caregiver all of her life, and in particular enjoys providing hospice care to those in need. Kim was a CAREGiver for Home Instead for many years and now remotely manages our after-hours Emergency On Call and assists Ben with scheduling.

Isabelle would rather be at the beach swimming or in the woods chasing sticks, but agrees to come into the office frequently. Not very good at filing or answering the phone, Isabelle tends to hang out in Howard's office, unless she's called upon to greet a CAREGiver or guest to the office.
