Todd is our Home Care Consultant. He joined our team in August of 2014. Todd came to Home Instead with a background and experience in the long-term care field. He has worked in the senior health field for over 10 years. During that time, he has built a network of contacts and resources to assist seniors and their families in the communities with serve. Todd travels our service area speaking to various groups and individuals about the benefits and preparation of senior health and care. He works with families and other service providers educating the community regarding senior care issues. Todd's role is managing the brand and community outreach of Home Instead. Todd serves as Vice President of the Office on Aging Board of Directors, Executive Committee Member of Sevier County Elderwatch, is the Chairman of Hamblen County ElderWatch and serves on various boards and committees. Todd is married to his wife Ashley. Together they share two beautiful daughters and a rambunctious toddler.
Human Resources Manager, CAREGiver Engagement, CAREGiver Team Supervisor
Andrea Cobb is our Office Manager. Being with Home Instead for more than 10 years, Andrea has learned it takes a very special person to be an outstanding CAREGiver. Many of the skills can be taught, but the heart and passion must be a character trait our employees have naturally. Andrea enjoys meeting our CAREGivers and learning about them and their background. Recruiting CAREGivers is a challenging job, but when she finds the right person for a specific client, she says that is the best part of her job. Before her current role, Andrea was our Client and Recruitment and Retention Coordinator and worked to provide exceptional CAREGivers to our clients. She worked in the court system prior to coming to Home Instead, seeing custody issues among families and she began seeing a lot of grandparents were raising their grandchildren and dealing with health issues themselves. This started her interest in seniors and their care. In her current role, Andrea coordinates the daily operations of the office. She oversees the various tasks of keeping the services we provide consistent and is responsible for delivering exceptional care through our professional CAREGivers. Andrea enjoys spending time with husband Everett, son Wesley, and daughter Cameron. Andrea also has two dogs, Ringo and Lottie.
Client & CAREGiver Scheduling
Tina Eldridge is our Service Coordinator. She joined our team in 2011. Tina spends most of her days working with our CAREGivers and clients to provide coverage that best meets the needs of those we serve. It is often said that if you have ever been a Home Instead client or CAREGiver then you know Tina. The majority of calls that come into our office require Tina's experience to help. Tina enjoys interacting with our clients and their families daily to provide the appropriate care and staffing. In her role she is responsible for coordinating the schedules of our clients and CAREGivers for our 5-county service area. It is a busy job, but Tina is very determined to have CAREGivers wherever they are needed. She often anticipates their scheduling needs and tries to have back up plans just in case. Tina and her husband, Brian, have a son, Damian, and daughter, Emily. Tina is also an experienced Clogger and Two-Step dancer.
Brittany is our Client Care Coordinator. She joined our team in 2014 as a CAREGiver. In Oct 2018 Brittany took on the role of Client Care Coordinator. Brittany is responsible for assessing potential clients and setting up our services. Brittany's work with seniors as a Home Instead CAREGiver has allowed her to perfect her skills of Care Plan creation and her caregiving experience helps gives her an advantage of being able to provide solutions to clients and CAREGivers as well. Brittany enjoys meeting with our clients and developing a plan that will help them stay active in their home. Brittany is great at looking for the important details of the client's daily living routine and communicating this information to our CAREgivers. Brittany works with clients and their families to ensure the care we provide is beneficial and enables them to stay as independent as possible. Brittany is also responsible for our Quality Assurance program. Brittany, and her husband, Randall have a son and daughter as well as a dog and a cat. Brittany enjoys the outdoors and warm weather. Brittany is also pursuing her psychology degree.
