That's why our team stands ready to serve you any day of the week, at any hour of the day or night. Roger Carr, Executive Director

Roger Carr, Executive Director

​Roger Carr is the owner of our Home Instead Senior Care franchise. He comes from Downers Grove, IL, and has a wife and son. Roger had a background in business, and was a computer programmer, when his father was diagnosed with lung cancer. This is when Roger became a family caregiver, helping out his parents with everything he could as his dad went through chemo. He thought there had to be someone out there who could help families like his. Shortly after his father passed away, Roger found Home Instead Senior Care, and opened our office in September 2003. He enjoys getting to take care of people who really need our help, and seeing our staff come together to make it work. If you ask Roger what his main duty is, as owner, he'll tell you, "My main duty is to make sure we have a culture of service to our seniors."


Nicole Fleethart

Nicole joined our Naperville Home Instead team in June of 2016, transferring from another Home Instead in northern Illinois. She comes to us with 5 plus years of caregiving experience and a passion to help seniors when they really need it most. She has dabbled in many different roles at Home Instead including; CAREGiver, Client Care Coordinator, Staffing Coordinator, Quality Assurance, and Client Liaison. Currently she is our Staffing Coordinator and Client Liaison, so she can help answer any of your questions or concerns regarding a loved one.


John R. Hoss

John R. Hoss

John R. Hoss has worked with Home Instead Senior Care for 2 years as a field service manager and comes to us with over 25 years of experience in the medical field working as a Trained Medical Technologist. ​


Melissa Kelly

Melissa joined Home Instead Senior Care in August 2014. She is the bookkeeper for the office and currently attends Aurora University working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Melissa spent several years caring for her grandparents and brings that compassion and understanding when working with client’s and their families. 


Marco Garcia

Marco Joined Home Instead Senior Care in September of 2017 as our onstaff recruiter. Marco has been working in HR/Recruitng for 3 years. Feel free to reach out to him with any employment inquiries.​​


Rage Ledbetter

Rage Ledbetter has been employed with Home Instead Senior Care for 4 years as a Field Service Manager. Prior to working with us Rage worked with the Illinois Department of Human Services Mental Health Center for 22 years. ​


Adam Westell

Adam Westell

​Adam joined Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2013.  With a degree in Psychology and a passion for seniors Adam started as a caregiver and learned all aspects of the interworkings of Home Instead Senior Care.  He has been involved in the Client LIason role as well as staffing, Client Care, and the inquiry and consultation process of prospective clients . 

As the General Manager Adam is focused on providing dignity and respite for all clients while nurturing a culture from which all our caregivers and key players can flourish.

Lele Nyumbu, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

​Lele joined our Home Instead Senior Care team in September, 2013.  Although Lele is new to our office, she comes with nine years of experience from another Home Instead Senior Care franchise in northern Indiana.  As the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, Lele is responsible for recruiting, screening and hiring CAREGivers who are compassionate and dependable. She facilitates new employee orientation and follow-up training. This ensures that all CAREGivers have the tools they require in order to provide exceptional service.

Our CAREGivers

​Our CAREGivers are all wonderful people with a passion for helping others. They come from a wide range of backgrounds and age groups, and live locally. Our CAREGivers have all passed criminal background checks - above and beyond state guideline requirements. They are all English-speaking, and are screened, trained, bonded and insured. Because they are our employees, we take care of all the paperwork, so you never have to worry about filing a 1099 or other tax issues. And, we manage the schedule and Client/CAREGiver relationship.
