Nathan Domenighini - Office Manager

​Nathan Domenighini joined Home Instead Senior Care in December 2010. He has served in a number of capacities with the Morton office, starting as a Client Service Coordinator and also a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. Nathan also served as the Community Service Representative prior to becoming the Office Manager in December 2012.

Stephanie Hruby - Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Stephanie Hruby joined the Home Instead Senior Care team November 2016. Stephanie graduated from Western Illinois University, majoring in General Studies and minoring in Human Resource Management. She is in charge of the recruitment and retention of CAREGivers. She also manages and facilitates the training programs at Home Instead Senior Care.

Erika Schmidgall - Home Care Consultant

Erika Evans joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in June 2015. ​She graduated from Eureka College with a degree in Communications. Erika serves as our community liason, connecting area hospitals, rehabilitation services,​ assisted living communities and other senior care providers with our services. Erika previously served as the Client Service Coordinator, scheduling and coordinating services for clients.

Kris Meier - Client Service Coordinator

​Kris Meier is the Client Service Coordinator at Home Instead Senior Care. She is in charge of scheduling and coordinating care between our clients and CAREGivers. Kris graduated with a degree in Home Economics from Western Illinois University with a concentration on gerontology, family life and child development.

Sylvia Laidig - Bookkeeper

​Sylvia Laidig joined Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2009 as the Bookkeeper, a position in which she remains today. Sylvia's compassion for helping others and her attention to detail and professionalism make Home Instead a perfect fit for her.
