I have worked for Home Instead for 3 years it is a part time job for me but actually i have never felt it was a job. Being a Caregiver is one of the most rewarding things you can do and working for a great Employer is the Icing on the cake. I love working with Home Instead. I have been with them since May of 2020 and I see my self doing it for years. I applied during the lock-down but that didn't stop me from getting hired. They are very flexible yet very compliant. The franchise owners and the administration of the company are just great and amazing. I am humbled to even say that I feel like that they are family members I am working with. Everybody is helpful and always available, literally 24/7 you can reach out for questions or help. I hold a bachelors degree in finance but I couldn't find any job that would fit my schedule but ever since I've heard of Home Instead and I was trained and hired, I found the chance to help our family to have an income and still fit a job within our schedule during this time. I am beyond grateful of the flexibility and job I have with them. I try to always encourage my friends to apply especially the stay at home moms because there are overnight shifts that will allow you to do your responsibility as a stay at home mom during the day and help someone else's family and your family at night while you care for an elderly at night.
