Staffing Coordinator - NKY

Job Details


Home Instead Senior Care is hiring for the role of Staffing Coordinator.  Join us as we continue our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.  Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships
  • Build loyal relationships with Home Instead CAREGivers and successfully manage their schedules based on their availability
  • Follow up with all client and CAREGiver issues to ensure their problems are resolved.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in franchise software system.
  • Increase client loyalty to Home Instead Senior Care by utilizing the consultative sales process to better meet our current client needs
  • Design, test and implement a responsive contingency plan that ensures 100% maintenance of Service Hours by Home Instead caregivers
  • Recognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours in scenarios to enhance and/or increase quality care.
  • Conduct Service Inquiries following the consultative sales process.
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Be a team player that helps other team members 
Qualifications:
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
  • Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
  • Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures
  • Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, quarterly, monthly and yearly work
  • Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with the franchise owner, office colleagues, clients and CAREGivers
  • Must present a professional appearance and demeanor

Recruiting Coordinator

Job Details

Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help the company grow and retain its staff of in-home caregivers. The Recruiting Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties for the recruitment of CAREGivers. The Recruiting Coordinator is expected to recruit, screen, hire, train, and engage a staff of CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reflect the core values of Northern Kentucky Home Health Care, LLC DBA Home Instead Senior Care
  • Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community
  • Build relationships with local recruiting contacts who can connect Home Instead to quality candidates for our caregiver position.
  • Conduct presentations for local colleges and recruiting sources with potential candidates for our caregiver position
  • Represent Home Instead at job fairs, expos, and all career related hiring events
  • Be a resource for employment needs for any interested candidates
  • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Following the Home Instead Senior Care Standards; conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle check and drug screens on all CAREGivers.
  • Create and maintain all employment records including but not limited to I-9 form, W-4 form and all other employment related documents.
  • Schedule and conduct CAREGiver orientation.
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, CAREGivers, clients and family members.
  • Conduct Service Inquiries as needed following the consultative sales process
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have an understanding of and uphold the policies and procedures established by Home Instead Senior Care
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
  • Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
  • Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
  • Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies and procedures
  • Must have computer skills and be proficient in Excel and Word
  • Must have the availability to work evenings or weekends as required
