Owner and Operator

Eric has been a proud owner of the Home Instead office serving Northern Kentucky since 2014. Eric is a lifelong resident of this area and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Indiana University. His mission is to help seniors in Northern Kentucky to live active lives in the comfort of their own homes. He believes that our Caregivers are the lifeblood of our company, and appreciates the selfless work that they do when caring for our clients.

Arli Eiseman Schuermann

Accounting Department

Arli grew up in Lakeside Park, KY and earned her degree from Indiana University. She has worked for many years in the Commercial Real Estate market in Northern Kentucky and across the country. Arli runs the accounting for Home Instead and is excited to be able to provide care for our seniors in the community! Eric and Arli also have a daughter, Anna Kay.

Patty Campbell

Patty Campbell

Human Resources Manager

Patty has worked at Home Instead since 2015. After several years as Staffing Manager, Patty transitioned to her current Human Resources Manager role in 2019. Patty enjoys being able to use community resources to find the perfect candidates to become Caregivers for Seniors. The most important thing to Patty is the quality of the person who will help strengthen the senior community, as well as coming up with new ways and ideas to show Caregivers how important they are to the Senior community. Patty lives in Florence with her husband Tommy. She volunteers regularly in outreach projects at her church and loves to help others any way she can.

Client Services Director

Jody is our Client Services Director and has been with Home Instead since 2018. Jody manages both our Client Care team and our Staffing team. Jody represents Home Instead with great professionalism and compassion and works hard every day to ensure we are taking great care of our clients and caregivers. Jody lives with her husband in Union, has two children, and one grandchild.

Shelley Welch

Shelley Welch

Business Development Advisor

Shelley has been with Home Instead for 4 years. She has experience in the development and management of Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. She knows how important it is to provide companionship and care for the aging senior population. Shelley serves as the Business Development Advisor for Home Instead. Her role is to partner with individuals, families, facilities, and health care entities to share how Home Instead can be an essential resource when looking for care solutions for seniors.

Rachel Tully

Rachel Tully

Client Care Coordinator

Rachel is the Client Care Coordinator for Home Instead. In this role she works with our clients and their families to create a well-rounded plan of care that our caregivers follow to ensure quality care for our clients. Rachel graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work in 2016. She has spent time working with Hospice patients and has served as the Director of Social Services in senior care facilities, gaining extensive experience supporting older adults and their families. She is passionate about working with seniors and dedicated to providing compassionate, meaningful support during end-of-life care. Rachel now lives in Alexandria with her husband, their two dogs and four cats, and is grateful for the opportunity to serve seniors in her community.

Human Resources Assistant

Haley is the Human Resources Assistant for Home Instead, helping us to recruit and retain high quality, compassionate care professionals to care for our clients. Haley graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2023 and earned her Master's in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University in 2025. Haley joined Home Instead with a passion for people- both seniors and care professionals alike. She believes everyone deserves to feel valued, fulfilled, and excited about where they spend their time. She strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Outside of work, Haley enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends, but especially her two cats Luna and Lola.
