Depending on the care plan, a Care Pro may help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, medication reminders, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, companionship, and everyday routines.
The office includes a nurse specializing in geriatric care, a Care Coordinator who is an occupational therapy assistant, and two Lead Care Pros who are CNAs. These roles provide clinical and field experience alongside the office’s care coordination.
At the Melrose office, Lead Care Pros help start cases and mentor Care Pros in the field. They are part of the office’s approach to maintaining continuity and supporting Care Pros as they begin working with clients.
