Do you thrive on providing extraordinary customer service? Do you like a job with lots of variety? We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant! You’ll have the opportunity to work with directly supporting our CAREGivers, as well as everyone in our office!
We’re searching for an Administrative Assistant to work with the Human Resource department o help facilitate our recruitment and engagement efforts. You’ll be responsible for assisting with recruiting, hiring, and managing of our caregiving workforce.
This is an hourly position with approximately 35 hours a week.
What’s required? Proven ability providing creative recruiting solutions, the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, and a love of working with others!
Duties may include:
Assist with hiring process for new CAREGivers, duties may include fielding employment
inquiries from prospective CAREGivers and moving applicants through the process.
Support Human Resources team with all aspects of CAREGiver Engagement
background and motor vehicle checks and drug screens on all CAREGivers.
Home Instead offers free monthly newsletters with tips and advice for caregivers of elderly loved ones.
