As a Home Instead Senior Care Lead CAREGiver I provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes. These services are meant to enhance the quality of life for seniors. The Lead CAREGIver will “Take The Lead” by being involved in the success of CAREGivers and representing Home Instead Senior Care with great professionalism, “Build Trust” by following up with CAREGivers questions, concerns, or additional needs, and “Share Your Heart” by being a mentor and being thoughtful of CAREGivers needs. My history as a caregiver started on a personal note when my niece, a mother of two small children, was diagnosed with cancer. In the midst of all this tragedy radiation, chemo, and potty training her little girl I knew I had made a difference. 15 years later I have never regretted the path I choose. My passion is my work and my family. I have three adult children; they are my delight. And, I have six grandchildren; they are my joy.
