Cher started her career in the senior industry in 2000. Prior to owning the Home Instead Senior Care-Edina franchise, Cher served as General Manager for another Home Instead office. She is proud to offer seniors a meaningful service that allows them to remain in their own homes and to meet the challenges of aging with compassion and dignity. Cher and her family enjoy traveling and spending time at the lake.
Lisa started as an NA/R in 2000, becoming an LPN and then an RN in 2009. Most of her nursing experience is in home care. She is married, living in Shakopee. She has two children, two grandchildren, and a grandpuppy. She enjoys reading, traveling and renovating houses.
Amy has worked for Home Instead Senior Care since 2011. She has a backround in production supervision, with an emphasis on photography. Amy has many interests, including gardening, camping, hiking, football, singing, her pets and enjoying coffee with friends.
Chris joined Home Instead Senior Care team in 2012. Prior to Home Instead, Chris worked in various medical sales/service capacities, with a primary focus in senior home healthcare and community networking. Chris really enjoys working with the senior population, whether calling bingo, visiting with veterans, serving lunch or even dancing with the ladies at local senior community events! Outside of work, Chris is an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He and his wife own a small hobby farm west of the Metro and enjoy gardening, their animals and the rural lifestyle.
Melissa has worked for Home Instead Senior Care since 2008 as a CAREGiver and as office staff. Melissa truly enjoys helping others and the opportunity to care for seniors! Along with her fiance Paul and three children, she enjoys fishing, boating, exploring Northern Minnesota and hanging out on her deck at home.
Monica has been a part of the Home Instead Senior Care team since 2014 as a CAREGiver and as a recruiter in two different franchise offices. She has over 25 years of healthcare experience and is honored to assist the senior population, especially individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's Disease/Dementia. Monica has two boys who are both active in music performance and sports. Monica enjoys spending time with family, reading (especially books about natural health and psychology), cooking, attending live music concerts and festivals and biking or walking around any one of Minnesota's 10,000 lakes.
Jill started working for Home Instead as a CAREGiver in 2008. As our office Training Coordinator, Jill offers a wealth of practical, direct care knowledge, which makes her a valuable source of information to new CAREGivers! Jill is married, with one daughter, one step-daughter and two beautiful grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Lauren joined the Home Instead office team in 2017. She recently graduated from boot camp in the Minnesota Army National Guard and is currently training towards her future goals of business management. Lauren is an avid runner, enjoys playing lacrosse, soccer, and spending time with family, friends and her German Shepherd Diesel.
