Block Schedules Available Between:

• Morning: 8AM–1PM

• Afternoon: 1PM–5PM

• Evening: 5PM–10PM

• Occasional Overnight: 10PM–8AM

Your Role as a Care Professional:

• Provide personalized, hands-on care including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing

• Support with meal planning, preparation, and feeding

• Offer medication reminders or assist with medications per RN guidance

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring

• Offer emotional support, companionship, and meaningful engagement

• Collaborate with the care team and keep care plans updated

• Always uphold the dignity and rights of each client

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year caregiving experience is preferred (experience in healthcare or home care a plus) but we will consider entry-level applicants

• Knowledge of basic health and personal care practices

• Compassionate, patient and dependable

• Able to work independently or as part of a care team

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle required

• Must pass MDHS background check
