"In my career experience, I have found that companies with clear objectives and goals are more successful. I know that I am more successful when I can participate in achieving specific goals. I believe we all need to know our purpose and know how we can succeed within the workplace. In my previous career experience, I had the opportunity to work with people who designed training and incentive plans for their employees. These plans enabled teams and individuals to maintain control over their success.
I wanted to give our caring and kind CAREGivers a similar opportunity to demonstrate their unique abilities and their dedication to our clients, as well as Home Instead. To create such a plan, I interviewed our best CAREGivers and asked our Home Instead Office Team how they measured success. With the excellent feedback I received, we came up with our Achievement Plan℠. We introduced the Achievement Plan on January 1, 2020 and have applied the plan to update our CAREGiving Team of their progress. It has been a pleasure to congratulate our individual CAREKeepers as they achieved their new title and pay increase.
My hope is that over the coming year, our entire CAREGiver Team embraces this plan and sees it as an opportunity for growth. I also hope they see it as an opportunity to provide continued service of excellent quality to our client community and as an opportunity to grow with us. This program also allows us to celebrate our best performers and to show our entire team our clear intentions and expectations. I see many celebrations for all of us as we continue to communicate and offer frequent feedback and engagement options for our entire CAREGiving team."
