Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Home Instead Senior Care has been established in Colorado Springs for 20+ years and is seeking a positive, energetic, goal-orientated, Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator to recruit professional individuals that have a passion to serve seniors and their families in El Paso and Teller counties. Your role would be to also support our professional CARE Team in the field. We have the best CAREGivers in the industry.

To be effective and successful as a Home Instead Senior Care Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator you must, but not limited to:

  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with team and clients
  • Demonstrate high customer service and a "can do" attitude
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire, understand, and absorb new information
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver results
  • Generate new (creative) approaches to problems or original modifications (innovations) to established approaches
  • Demonstrate consistent logic, rationality, objectivity and common sense in decision making while anticipating the consequences of decisions
  • Plan, organize, schedule, and budget time in an efficient, productive manner
  • Possess uncompromising determination to achieve excellence
  • Communicate effectively one on one, in small and large groups, and in public speaking contexts
  • Actively listen to the opinions, feelings, and needs of others

Duties for the Recruitment Coordinator role includes, but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement new recruitment strategies within the community
  • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews
  • Check applicant references per Home Instead Senior Care policy
  • Reward, celebrate and engage our amazing, professional CAREGiver team
