Community Outreach CoordinatorWe are looking for an ambitious and energetic Community Outreach Coordinator to help us expand. You will be expected to perform a variety of duties in the marketing of companionship and home care services. You will also be expected to research and pursue new referral sources and to enhance and maintain existing referral sources.Primary Responsibilities:Reflect the core values of Colorado Springs Senior Care, LLC (an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise)Establish relationship with community partners (hospitals, rehab facilities, etc.)Follow up on all RPN contacts with appropriate correspondenceMaintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilitiesDemonstrate open and effective communication with the owner, Director and office staffKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesThis position must have an understanding of and uphold the policies and procedures established by Colorado Springs Senior Care, LLCThis position must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectivelyThis position must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlinesAbility to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills essential as well as sound judgement and good decision-making skillsMust demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and proceduresAbility to present a professional appearance and demeanorMust have computer skills and be proficient in Word and ExcelKnowledge of the senior care industryEducation/Experience RequirementsOne to two years of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be consideredMust possess a valid driver's license and insuranceCompletion of CAREGiver training and ongoing requirements for the position after hiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearCOVID-19 considerations:All are expected to wear a mask.
