August 2022 CAREGiver of the Month - Heather P
We are proud to announce Heather P as our July CAREGiver of the Month! Heather has been with Home Instead since March of 2022. Before Home Instead, she worked mostly in food service but wanted a job that she could make a difference in. She has no formal CAREGiver experience but that didn’t stop her! She reached out to the office for resources and asked our experienced CAREGivers questions. Through her search for knowledge she quickly gained the skills she needed and blossomed into an awesome CAREGiver! Heather’s favorite part of being a CAREGiver is bonding with her clients. She loves keeping her clients engaged through activities and conversations, as well as going on walks with them outside. In her free time, Heather can be found at the park with her 11 year old daughter Lillian. She also loves to read and is a fan of Dean Koontz and James Patterson. Heather is our August CAREGiver of the month due to her communication with the office, willingness to pick up shifts, and the great impression she leaves on those she works with! Thank you Heather!
