Meet Our Team

Eric and Arianna became owners of the Granbury, TX Home Instead Franchise in December of 2022. They are passionate about serving this community with dignity, compassion, and dependability. Eric is involved in overseeing the day-to-day operations and works very closely with the dynamic team of office staff and CarePros who share the same passion.

Eric and Arianna have 3 children (which requires most of Arianna’s attention), but when she is in the office, her focus is on staff-support. In their free time, Eric and Arianna enjoy doing anything outdoors (usually to help tire out those 3 kiddos!). They are a faith-filled family and hope to honor God in how they conduct business and build relationships within this community.

I am a Granbury native, 2nd generation (raising a 3rd). I have 20 years in customer service but with my focus in “serving the servers”, my passion has always been to lead through servant leadership. I am so grateful to have found a way to serve, with my home here at Home Instead. Married to the love of my life, and Mom to 3 very creative and amazing kids. Our family is always ready for an adventure or to try something new.

Crystal Mays started with Home Instead in August of 2017. She grew up in Granbury, as did most of her family. She is very caring and loves tending to others’ needs and wants. She is always trying to put a smile on your face or trying to find a way to brighten someone’s day. Crystal went from caring for our clients as a Care Pro to being our Lead Care Pro here in the office where she now trains other Care Pros how to use a Hoyer lift, transfer a client and change briefs. She is a proud football mom of her 17-year-old son who is also a senior this year. When not at work Crystal enjoys spending time with family and friends either at home playing games or outdoors camping and fishing.

Hey there! My name is Jennifer, and I started with Home Instead in September of 2024! I am a nationally registered and state licensed EMT with over 12 years of experience as a CNA. I love teaching and training new Care Pros to go out into our community and present the amazing value of Home Instead!

I moved to Texas from Arizona about 4 years ago! I am a single mom to a beautiful daughter. In my spare time I like to run 5-15ks and play in the mud in the Obstacle Course Races (OCRs). I have 2 female dogs, a border collie named Wynndalynn and a black lab named Bellatrix. I like to try new things and have fun! I believe kindness and love can heal the world! As Buddha once said, “One moment can change a day, one day can change a life, one life can change the world!"

Hi! I'm Rachel Reed. I have four grown children and seven grandchildren. I moved my 84- and 85-year-old parents to live with me from Wisconsin in 2022. It has been such a joy to be able to care for them. I also have a 5-year-old Border Collie named Rocky. I have had him since he was 5 weeks old. He has my heart! 

Being raised in Bethlehem PA, I discovered my passion for my Philadelphia Eagles. My blood is literally midnight green. I was hired on with Home Instead in September 2023 and have been blessed to be promoted as the Lead Care Pro in April 2024. As a caregiver, I love that I can be a reflection of God's love to families in need by taking care of their loved ones as if they were my own. I can't wait to meet you!.... GO BIRDS!!
